A Moon Phase Screenlet for the Gnome Desktop
Furius Moon is a very simple moon phase calender showing the current phase of the moon. Yes, I know, completely pointless!
The code is very basic and easy to understand. The math is based on www.faqs.org/faqs/astronomy/faq/part3/section-15.html. This should be accurate to within a day or so, but don’t go setting your watch by it!
Anyway, here it is…

Greetings. I’ve just repackaged the screenlet using the screenlet-packager. This hopefully should work now. I have no problems on Ubuntu 10.04.
Working perfectly now, many thanks!
And a great screenlet. so thanks also for all your hard work.

it also would be great to see the current day of moon phase with the screenlet
Would you please explain how to install it on ubuntu 10.04
Take a look at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=614031 This should help.
Sorry for being off topic, couldn’t find the Furius Weather section. Furius Weather displays all units in F even if C is selected. Would appreciate any help.
Thanks.
